I enrolled in a course named “Post Graduate Programme in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Design and Analysis” on Skill Lync, an edtech company.I paid 5000₹ as registration fees on March 4, 2023, and I was informed about the 22-month Emi of 9,091. After that, I followed every procedure of Techfino Capital Private Limited (the loan partner of Skills Lync) on subsequent days.I did understand that the course was not designed for people like me in March itself, as it is difficult to follow, and I contacted them in this regard. The customer support person repeatedly called me and said that it was impossible to cancel the course. I contacted grievance personnel, and the grievance representative also repeated the same and said that it is a lifetime course and I can complete it at any time. And I stopped contacting them as it was of no use.
But unfortunately, now I have to address some financial issues, so I was left with only one option, i.e., cancelling the course.I contacted them through mail; they raised tickets each time I contacted them and said that they raised a ticket in this regard and a customer support person would contact me, but nobody has contacted me till now. Then I contacted Techfino, and they said that if Skill Lync a weeksks them to close the loan, they will proceed with that.
Please get involved in this matter and resolve it soon, as I am suffocating due to this loan, which is dragging me into huge debt.
