Dear Sir/Mam,
This is Sandhya Aarekanti. I have completed my B.Tech in CSE in 2022. I have joined the Accio job course in April 2023 and all the registration process has been completed by me with the help of Rounak on 28th March 2023. The course fee is 83640 .I paid 6000 as registration fee and the remaining amount 77640 was taken as loan from Eduvanz (loan partner of Acciojob).\
As I am a working professional I thought of doing this course as I can manage 3656 Emi and upskill myself. It’s been 3 months since I joined the course and did well till now given module tests and mock interviews with 9.8 and 9.4 scores from beginner 1 and beginner 2 ,now I’m in beginner 3 .
But unfortunately , my father has a health issue . He has to go through the treatment , I have to pay his medical bills . I had a talk with my Batch manager Nishi about this , she convinced me to take a break and continue the course. Even I tried my best to manage everything but I couldn’t . Now I am also suffering from severe Shoulder pain and the doctor suggested that I go through the Ayurvedic treatment for 3-4 months . Now I have two more situations where I have to pay the medical bills and pay for treatment .
I again tried to request Nishi mam (the person who is my batch manager) but she denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc.. and said if you have an queries and concerns write an email to grievances@acciojob.com about your issue. I mailed them about my issue . I said I will share my medical reports for reference if needed.
After a few days they contacted me and I tried to convey my issue and requested to cancel my loan and course .They denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc., and if you quit the course also, emi has to be paid for sure.
When I did the all loan procedure from Eduvanz ,I signed a e-nach mandate.
Provided them aadhar card, pan card and e-nach mandate signature on their form and submitted online. So I just had to pay the emis ..which is not possible in my situation.
So I again mailed to grievances@acciojob.com, but it seems they are not willing to help. And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible . They are not ready to share their contact details and also to contact them and convey my issues, which is becoming hard for me to contact them.
And from there on eduvanz people are sending me messages to pay the EMI.
Accio job people are saying why did you join the course if you are not interested ,and saying the emi process is not in our hands so we won’t be able to help you regarding this. They are not ready to listen to my issue..
Now I don’t know what to do , I have to take care of my Father’s health and myself..
Please help me.
P.s – I have many problems right now and I cannot pay such a hefty amount.
