Dear Sir/Mam

My name is Saibal Ghosh.I have done Diploma in Automobile Engineering under Govt. Polytechnic college Bengal Institute of Technology. As the refferance of my previous complaint about cancellation the course PG-CFD by Skill-Lync and the loan amount by Eduvanz dated 25 May,2023 arround 12 O’clock, I would like to recognise my complaint.

On December 23,2022 i enrolled for a PG-CFD course on skill lync a edtech company (129B, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Valmiki Nagar, East Coast Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai – 600041)
I paid 5000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months Emi of 5909 . After that i followed every procedure of Eduvanz{Times Square Building, B/202, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059} (loan partner of skill lync).It is a joint venture to compel to take the loan with remaining no other option.

All was good but at the end of April ,I lost my job due to some reasons .
Dear sir/mam I beg to inform you that I have no job right now ,I am frustrated and depressed, My mother has been suffering from serious illness for now,I have to spend all the money what I have for the treatment even I have to sell my laptop for treatment and for daily two course of meal and medicine I need the help of my wellwishers and relative.I can’t attain the course for poor mental and poor financial situation.We are fully dependent on relative,well wishers help.

I tried to request the authorities dear Sir and mam of Skill Lync (the person who attended me till the registration process ) but they denied .

When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz i signed a e nach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
I just had to pay emis..which was not possible as my present situation.

So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..

And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing and threatening me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..

Please convey my regards.I am jobless,my widow mother is in serious illness ,I can not pay such a hefty amount and I am not in such a condition to continue the course PG-CFD by Skill-Lync.They continuously pressurized me and mentally and I can’t even pay concentration to my further goal.

Now what to do..
Please need a help
