Dear Sir/Mam
My name is Arunkumaran Kanagaraj. I have done Diploma in Mechanical from Annamalai University.
On 02 April 2023 I enrolled for a PG in Manufacturing Design course on skill lync a edutech company.
I paid Rs.5000 as registration fees and i was informed about 22 months installment of 7954 per month. After that i followed every procedure of skill lync. But their Relationship manager Mr.Thameem Ashrad (the person who attended me till the registration process ) have given fake promise to me, if you pay monthly payment you can continue your course otherwise if you won’t pay your course will be automatically cancelled.
But after registration the person who called me from eduvanz, “there is education loan is againsted on your account. You must pay the emi amount of 7954”.
I tried to request Thameem Ashrad sir (the person who attended me ) to cancel the course, but he denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc …
He also said, “After disbursal of loan there is no possibilities to cancel the loan”
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
Note : Terms and conditions of skill lync where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.
So i raised tickets on skill lync support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And they repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..
And from there on eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..
And i have also spoken to a executive from eduvanz, he said ” there is possibility to cancel your loan and course with the help of skill lync team”. I have contacted skill lync team they are not responding me.
Please Note: I haven’t attended a single class yet and i didn’t made any single emi payment(except registration fees.)
Now what to do..

Skill lync not have permanent staff they are changing week not answering it s main problem
