Dear Sir/Mam
My name is Suraj Shetty.I am from Mumbai .
I had enrolled for a PGP- DSBA course on Great Learning a edtech company.
I paid 30000₹ as registration fees and i was informed about 12 months Emi of 22350 . After that i followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of Great Learning)
Till the end of August i was a working professional and my salary was 60k a month so thought of doing this course as i can manage 22350 emi.
But unfortunately i lost my job due to some political reasons in the company itself so i was left with only one option i.e cancelling the course .
Note : Terms and conditions of Great learning where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.
When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz i signed a e nach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online.
And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay emis..which was not possible as i lost the job .
So i raised this problem with both the Great learning team and eduvanz support team but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible and i have to clear the whole amount and harassing me on a daily basis.
And from thereon eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..
Now what to do..
Please need a help
P.s – I have no job right now and i cannot pay such a hefty amount.
