Dear Sir/Mam
My name is suresh kadasula.
On October 4-2022. I enrolled for Masters Program in QA Automation on Crio.Do (https://www.crio.do/) a Edtech Company

I paid Rs.3776 as a processing fee and I was informed about 18 months Emi of Rs. 8889/month . After that I followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of Crio.Do) and finished.

Till the end of November-2022, I was a working professional.
But unfortunately I lost my job because of my Payroll company was under balcklist suddely by the client (due to some reasons) .But somehow I paid till Feb-2023. But now I was left with only one option i.e Cancellation of the course and EMI .

I tried to request Chetan (the person who attended me till the registration process ) but he denied by saying cancellation policy is not available etc …

Note : Terms and conditions of Crio.do(https://www.crio.do/) where the policy is like : All course purchases are NON- REFUNDABLE on any type of payments viz.,pre-book, installments or full payments.

When i did the all loan procedure from eduvanz i signed a e nach mandate.
Provided them adhar card, pan card and e nach mandate signature on there form and submitted online.

And disbursal process was done but the money didn’t came in my bank account.
I just had to pay EMIS. which was now not possible as I lost the job ..
So i raised tickets on Crio.Do support system but it seems they are not willing to help.
And repeatedly saying cancellation is not possible ..

And from there on eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..
Now what to do..

Please need a help
P.s – I have no job right now and i cannot pay such a hefty amount.
