Hi Team,
My connection for Jio Fiber -7002689860, was requested for relocation and the documents were not expected by the system. Later I called several times to customer care and they gave several invalid reasons. I even got to know its unserviceable area.
I finally decided to disconnect the as i could used the internet four more then four days.
I raised the request on 3rd Dec the technician called on 4th, I told him i dont want the service and not to called to resolve the issue.
I waited for another few days no response,as I was told by the customer care after the technician calls and once denial I will get the connection close and get my refund amount back.
I followed up and got to know the technician mentioned that i was okay for retention, which was a lie, i was told to again request for cancellation on 7th Dec, I even mention to calculate from 3rd that also was close and no money back.
I need my money back, counting from 3rd Dec and incase the teams doesn’t help me out, I was even mis guided and customer care response were horrible.
I got Airtel already, i need my money back, I am attaching the screenshot, this is my last attempt incase not I will be bound to go legally.
Please find all the screenshot attached.
I was never supported by the customer care, they never addressed my issue, more over it was cancellation request not relocated.
I want all the call recordings to be hard.
