I have two jio Fibers at my home. I requested cancellation of a Jio Fiber on 13th March, since that day none of the engineer came to pickup up the system. Everyday I’m given time slots but no one actually comes. I’m tired of the assurance given by the jio team on a daily basis. I’m tired kf such pathetic services. In case of installations the engineers hardly takes takes 5mins to arrive.But in the case of cancellation no one takes the issue seriously.
