Text of Complaint by S Chadha:

I had ordered a Whirlpool 7Kg 5* Whitemagic Elite 7.0 Grey 10 YMW Washing Machine Order ID – OD22397249021653700through Flipkart on 22 Jan’22 during their Big Billion Days sale, to avail the product at discount. Delivery was scheduled for Feb 7, 2022. It being Open box delivery, when the article was checked at delivery time, it was found to be defective and thereby not accepted at doorstep. Re attempt of delivery was asked to be made through Customer Care Team on the same day itself and by raising issue in written on Customer Care Support as well. But the item was auto cancelled at their end and they asked me to Reorder. I want the product at the discounted price for which I had waited for the sale, but I was cheated by them. I want my complaint to be registered and the product to be delivered in perfect new condition to me at the earliest.

I was harassed in terms of not being heard and no action being taken to reattempt delivery, and on top of it my time was also wasted. Strict action be taken against Flipkart for this and compensation be provided by them for the time, energy and resources wasted by them.
