I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the cancellation of Alliance Air flight 9I755 scheduled from Kolkata to Guwahati on March 5th, 2024. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss to me as a passenger.
On the aforementioned date, I arrived at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata well in advance of my scheduled departure time. After completing the necessary security checks and proceeding to the departure gate, I was shocked to learn that flight 9I755 had been cancelled without any prior notice or explanation from the airline.
This sudden cancellation left me stranded at the airport with no alternative arrangements provided by Alliance Air. Not only did I endure the inconvenience of having to make alternate travel arrangements at my own expense, but I also suffered significant disruption to my plans and incurred additional costs for accommodation and transportation.
Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance from Alliance Air staff in addressing the situation. Despite the inconvenience caused and the clear breach of my rights as a passenger, I have yet to receive any form of compensation or reimbursement from the airline.
I demand that Alliance Air take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, financial losses, and distress caused by the cancellation of flight 9I755. Additionally, I request a detailed explanation for the cancellation and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
Failure to address my concerns and provide satisfactory resolution to this matter will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant authorities and pursue further legal recourse.
I kindly request a prompt response to this complaint and look forward to a satisfactory resolution.
