I have booked flight from KUL to LGK, on Thursday, 20 Feb 2025 at 02:32 hrs through cleartrip website using Flipkart AXIS bank credit card.
Travel date is on Sunday, 2 Mar 2025.
Flight : AirAsia
PNR: Y95LUC
Booking agent : Cleartrip
I have reached out to cleartrip customer support multiple times today but they are not refunding the amount. but As per DGCA and ministry of aviation, they should provide full refund of booking with minimum fee charged if applicable. But they are saying that flight is non refundable and they can’t process refund.
Please help me get the refund amount, I have raised complaint with cleartrip, case id 24236777.
