Dear
I am R.Sreedharan your passenger with an heavy heart writing this complaint and hope the complaint is closed favorably.
I have booked flight ticket through Make My Trip from Hyderabad to Chandigarh for 08.02.2020 (travel date) vide PNR No. S56QUV through GO AIR G8-513.
I have to be in Chandigarh on 08.02.2020 compulsorily without fail.
To my shock I received a mail from the GO AIR Airlines on 3.02.2020 that the flight is cancelled.
I have booked this ticket much in advance to get a fair price and paid Rs.9818 for two passenger.
Now , when I want to book the ticket in alternatives airlines, as my travel to Chandigarh is compulsory, the price for two passenger is now Rs.44,058 through Indigo Airlines vide Flight No.6E-269 @ 15.33 hours today (04.02.2020).
I am now struck and trying to fly to Chandigarh via Delhi with a heavy price of Rs.13758 up to Delhi and further to Chandigarh by cab around Rs.7000.
Further on giving complaint to Go Air Authorities dated 04.02.2020,20.02.2020,25.02.2020 and 07.03.2020, am just receiving an Automated Acknowledgement mail and no action being taken as on date (07.03.2020)
With no fault of mine, am paying heavy price both Financially, Physically and Mentally.
I request the authorities to do the needful and reimburse the addition price of Rs.10940 incurred by me due to the cancellation of my ticket by the GO AIR Airlines, else I will be knocking all the relative highest authorities including Government for justice.
I further request the authorities, to look into such situations and the Airlines which is cancelling the flight should make alternative arrangements for the passengers with other Airlines and ensure that the passengers are taken to their respective destinations.
