Text of Complaint by Mansi:

Refund initiated by Spicejet on 1 st May 2021, but not received in my Bank A/c. Excuses given by their customer care is ‘due to technical glitch’, which is not resolved yet. Had nearly made more than 50 follow ups via Email, Customer care Chat, Whats app chat and Phone calls. But nothing proved fruitful. The refund amount is Rs. 8500 approx. only. Have only an option to rely on Consumer Complaint Court. Pls. do the needful. Current situation is also a very difficult time for small person like us.
