I had taken the Club Mahindra Membership in Aug 2021 . sales person came and met me and given full of lies commitment saying that they are giving me complimentry trip for Maldives for Honeymoon. after that they told we need to pay min 50 % of Total amount of Membership ( In my case it was around 3 Lacs Approx ) so they had cheated me on that. after that i had been given 9 Months EMI regularly and finally i wish to plan to BALI. when booked my Holiday .they where charged me international exchange fees for total 4 Days it was 16000/-( 4000/- Day) and even they had not included any site seen .,Pick Up and Drop and foods. i had spend around almost 125000/- Rs for trip which if i choose to go with other travel cost for the same will around 50000/- inclusive of food and pick and drop and other sight seen . finally i desided to quit the membership . so i asked club mahindra person to cancel the same. initially he denied but after long discussion he agreed to do the same and initiated for cancellation . even i told him to put my next EMI on hold .but they dont even done the same and deducted EMI of 15727 Rs . now its been 1 month but there is no conformation on cancellation

I made the same mistake of byuing the membership relyingnon fake promises. When the sales agent saud that do not inform customer care about this promises else i will loose my job but we have mechanism to keep this promises, i should have cancelled the Membership very instant. I regret allowing a club mahindra sales person, Mr Robert Nadar , Andheri / Thane branch in my home.
