I joined the club Mahindra on 24 December 2019 by paying of down payment of Rs-33340/-. On 26 December 2019, I realized that this membership is not suitable for me so under the clause Part-C 8.1 of club Mahindra membership on 26 December 2019 I sent the request to club Mahindra to cancel the club Mahindra membership id-2899732 and refund the down payment of 33340/-. This request was sent through speed post as well as email on memberexperience@mahindraholidays.com. After this I made many telephonic calls to club Mahindra customer care and Delhi pitampura branch office to know the current status of cancellation process but I did not get any appropriate and satisfying reply for my query. They are intentionally ignoring and delaying my refund request. My Relationship manger is also not picking up the calls. There is nil customer support from club Mahindra. I want the cancellation of membership and refund at earliest.
