Byjus — cancellation and refund

I was purchased the product four to five month back . My son Dhairya is suffering from fever typhoid and not interested for Tution classes through Byjus from two month back . I have email to byjus fro cancellation of Tution classes but till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for cancellation/refunding the classes but no response from Byjus from last two month and asking for transferred emi rs 5422/- . Now i don’t want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancle the application and refund the amount.
