I am Venugopal P and have opted for BYJUS tablet learning program for my son and I have paid down payment of Rs.8000/- initially and from Feb’22 to Apr’22 I have paid 5250/- for 3 months and from April 22 onwards I am paying EMI 2625/-. As of now I have paid total amount of 47,750/-. I have requested for the cancellation due to financial crunch almost a month back, suddenly one day BYJUS representative (ravali.naguru@byjus.com) called me and asked me to pay Rs.2600/- (which is almost equal to my EMI amount) to quick process the cancellation. I have paid the said amount and it has been almost 15 days completed but no confirmation on cancellation. I am keep on sending multiple mail to confirm the cancellation, but no response from them. After almost 20 days the other person from BYJUs account department his name is H. Arun singh he himself mentioned as Sr.Account Manger and asking me to pay Rs.9999/- in order to cancel the subscription and this amount will be refunded once EMI get cancelled. This is totally unethical and when I am asking the details he disconnected the call in the middle. The BYJUs company is Fraud company and it is playing with children career. The employees are not well trained with the company policies and product details. For the sake of business they misguided to the customers and if any customer wants to cancellation, they are not responding properly. I urge complaints court that please look into this and help in this regard to get the full refund amount.

I am Twinkle. I had purchased NET course from byjuss, first worth 10000/- and i had completed my course in 6 month. After completing their employees were calling me and forcing me to join again course, they were continuously calling me until i join the course again. After that i joined course for 12000/-. Now i want to cancel my subscription, and i send emails to their website, but they are just sending tickets but not processing for cancellation, i am contacting to employees but they are also ignoring me, not giving perfect answer. From past 1 month i am trying to get my refund but byjuss not responding me. Really byjuss is fraud company, they are playing with students career and their money. Please help to get my full refund.
