Hi,
I have requested for an Airtel broadband connection on 28th July and escalated it many times to do installation. Finally I cancelled the request due to delay and I didn’t get a single message or mail regarding cancellation and refund. In return I only called 3- 4 times to know the cancellation status.
It’s been 10 days and till today I didn’t receive any update but payment was taken. When I called the customer care for status they said the request is not cancelled and it’s still pending.
ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO KNOW YOU WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME AND NEGLECT WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION.
Please take this very seriously and at least initiate my refund NOW. PLEASE DO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE ON HIGH PRIORITY.
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ACTION.
