Text of Complaint by Mahima kanojia:

I have paid for airtel xtream fibre on 31st may but the engineer told that my area is not serviceable for wifi so he told me put a cancellation request, I have called customer care for cancellation they told me that they have put a request for cancellation and soon I will get my refund but now it’s 9th may and still it’s not been cancelled
