Text of Complaint by Saumya vishwakarma:

I had raised a complaint on flipkart Few days ago too. I got a call today saying they will pay me Rs. 1000 for non- installation of my bed, i told them but i paid around 2500 to one of my father’s friend who helped us install the bed in the evening around 9. My father and i helped him to install the bed, and as a courtesy we paid him 2500, because he came in the evening just to install the bed. He doesn’t belong to an installation company or something. But the flipkart customer care paerson asked me to provide the invoice copy, i told them that would not be possible as it was not his business. Later, i told them that’s okay you’ll will not understand a customers frustration and asked them to provide 1k but now the girl said, i would have to provide an invoice copy for that amount too. I mean is it logical. I am really frustrated at flipkart, and i won’t be buying anything anymore.
