Text of Complaint by Mona:

My number has been assigned to someone else without even giving a notice regarding the de activation. My address details, aadhar number, biometric was collected and linked with my number. The number has been shared with bank and other important business and personal purposes. Suddenly deactivating and re-assigning the same number within 6 months to someone else is creating a privacy breach and also sharing a lot of important personal information to someone else. Airtel is liable for any kind of nuisance and misuse that can be caused because of this as they have not even provided a notice in spite of having all the address information and assigning the same number to someone else within 6 months is not acceptable.
