Text of Complaint by Trideep gogoi:

Dear sir/ madam

I want to inform you that in my April month’s bill I have noticed a charge of Rs 999 against Amazon prime subscription. I was shocked as I was not even intimated. Then I have cancelled it in Airtel app. A notification has come that they have taken the request for cancellation and they would refund the amount and it will reflect in my next bill. Adding to my surprise in my May month’s bill it is not reflected. Then I have called customer care and emailed a number of times but without any result. The mail id through which I got there e-bill is not registered according to their reply. One can cancel number of times the subscription in Airtel app like it is a joke for them. Please do the needful. Thanking you.
