I ordered the airtel broadband connection of 40mbps for 6 months and i paid for it in advance. But at the day of installation the agent told me that the speed will be upto 16 mbps so i refused for installation and then on next day i received a call from Airtel they are asking for decline the connection request and get the refund. So i refused for connection and cancel the order they said i will get the money back in 7 days but they don’t let me know how i will get the payment back and where i will get it now I can’t contact for refund.
