I booked the Bus ticket from goibibo.com. Online booking for date 9/Oct/2022 on 9/Oct/2022 around 10.00 am. Than i realize the ticket was booked for same date 9/oct/2022 instead of 11/oct/2013. I have selected the right date but i don’t know how the date has been changed. With in 15mint of booking i have drop a email to goibibo to cancel my ticket. Than i called to there customer care number and after a long wait i didn’t connect to the customer service. In so many ways try to find the customer service representative number it’s all not reachable numbers. Even if we book train tickets we are eligible for cancel the ticket before 2hrs but in bus we have to cancel before 12hrs or else you will get zero refund. Can’t we change
