Sir/Madam,
I want to complain regarding the booking ID: NF72697155047171 against make my trip for not refunding the cancellation amount as the flight got cancelled due to operational issues. I had paid Rs. 9450 on 18.12.2018 to book jet airways flight using make my trip. After the flight got cancelled I followed up several times for the refund but never got the refund. I have even furnish the bank statement once asked by them but still no reply from anyone. I had even visited the make my trip office siutated in Andheri, Mumbai but no one helped me. Its more than a year I am following up and now they have even closed the issue without refunding. Requesting you to take action against make my trip for harassing customers like this.
