We were booked with MMT for a flight frm Mum – Mad and Barc – Mum Dated: 13 May 2020 and 27 May 2020 Respectively. But due to the whole lockdown the flights got postponed and MMT provided us with the same amount 150681/- vouchers which was to be redeem by 30th Nov. 2020. But on 9th Nov. 2020 we got a mail stating that our tickets were cancelled and the amount was credited in our MMT account Wallet. On checking our wallet we came to know that we have been charged with cancellation charges, Convenience charges and other charges even when we did not cancel the tickets it was MMT that cancelled the tickets.
We would like to get our Full Refund Back.
