My name is Vishnu Chaudhary. I enrolled a course (PG PROGRAM IN Data Science and Data Analytics) on skill lync. I have paid Rs 7000/- as registration fees and I was informed about 22 months EMI of Rs. 7000/month for 22 months. After that I followed every procedure of Eduvanz (loan partner of skill lync).I am started learning this course but after 3 month I feel that course content was not good and i do not understand very well. I told to skill lync please change this course or close this course. Because I donot understand then how will i get a job in this area. I have no money I am paying emi of after getting intership from skill lync but after completing this how will i pay this emi. For that reason I don’t have enough money to continue the course.
so I request to skill lync for course cancellation. But they are not resolve my problem. i said lot of times to who call me day by day from skill lync and they said we have no cancellation policy. Even i said about my family situation but they again said we have no cancellation policy.
And eduvanz people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI. They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc.
so please help me for cancel the course and loan from skill lync and eduvanz.
