Dear Sir/Mam,
My subject order id was due for delivery on 08 may 21 but flipcart could not deliver it on promised date and re- scheduled for 15 may 21 without any prior intimation to me.Now I want to cancel my order and get refund but unfortunately customer executive is not able to address my concern at all and giving factually incorrect and fabricated information about my order status. Due to delay my very purpose for purchase is defeated. Now I request your august office to take up the matter on appropriate level to address my concern on priority.A favourable and speedy action is solicited please.
