I am having a very bad experience from club Mahindra Holidays. While explaining for the membership enrollment, I was given many assurances that we are with you, our team works for you, etc etc, but the service I am getting for a simple cancellation is showing the face and image of the company.
I have enrolled for the membership on 08.09.23 but on 09.09.23, I have initiated the cancellation process as I did not find the membership suitable for me. After giving all the bank details on 10.09.33 itself, I have not received any response yet either through mail or call. I have called their toll-free number of times but if no use. Even on emails to their grievance cell Levels 1-3, I have not received a single response form anyone. I do not know when I would get my money as they are not giving any response even after passing of more than 20 days.
Please help me in getting the refund of more than a lakh, as the company is not giving any response.
