I physically visited many times to BYJUS Alambagh,Lucknow Branch to cancellation & Refund of BYJUS Subsciption due to False committements, Misguided about Study Procedure, Wrong Information about payment Terms ,Fraudalent activites on my HDFC Bank Card made by BYJUS, Salesman Mr. Pushkar +91-7565044440. Now Nobody answering to Refund the FULL amount of INR 55000.00 for Class 06th.
I already given a handwritten letter with same concern at the time of Orientation programme held on 29th April at BYJUS Sringar Nagar Lucknow Centre that I am no more interested to get services provided by BYJUS due to falls commitements.
Also a service request no. 46542903 raise on 17th May in same subject.
Two EMI deducted on May 2023 and July 2023 of 9870.00 (excluding processing Fee) without my concern,Immediatly cancell the subscription and process to refund the complete amount.
I am taking following ups from more than 05 months, BYJUS Gang SHIVAM,ANURAG ,ANANAD, rashmi handelling to customer very proffessionaly with fake promises and build trust that they are processing for complete refund , Now They are manipulating the issues with passing time day by day. I have all written proof and Audio Clips with me, Now I have only option rather than consumer court.
I am requesting to share a public circular in same subject so than No one can assaulted by BYJUS.
