Recently, I received a call from Shine.com for their services. They initially asked me for Rs 3657 for their registration services and after making every payment, their team generates another Invoice requesting to avail of another service from them. Likewise, they made me 4-5 time payments of Rs 3657 then Rs 7197 after that 9674 after that Rs 18878 and Rs 28436. Post this they asked me for another payment of Rs 35000 which I denied. For every payment, they promised a new service and it was not ending. This is kind of a scam I got into and now they are denying any refund. Though I have requested my credit card company to stop the payment, they can’t do it and requested a refund on my behalf from Shine.com.
Requesting to help me with this as I lost Rs 67,842. Please help me get the refund.
