Good day,
Myself Abhijith A R has made a booking in Stanza Living Shumen House for Rs. 6000/- on 21st August 2023. I was supposed to join on 1st September 2023. But due to an unforseen circumstance had to change my option and requested for cancellation and refund of the amount placed while booking.
But the agent (Moosa) states there is no such terms and conditions for refund of amount and their website shows instant refund for prebooking. I contacted them on 31st August 2023 and informed about cancellation and requested for refund. They are behaving in uncooperative and not picking up my calls.
I humbly request you to provide a solution to this matter.
