Hello,
I am Rashmi Singh, my son Abhyuday singh has taken live
classes course for class 5. My counsellor told for 15 days
cancellation and refund policy. I have already on called and mailed
before 15 days. I have called on 5 November and also mailed for cancel
and refund. I have called many times but cancellation team member
always said we call you within in 48 hour but not received any
positive response and mentor also not helping.
I am a single mother. I am facing financial problem and my
child also not taking interest in this course.
I have all the call recoding and proof. I want immediate
cancellation and refund downpayment and cancellation of my loan. For the course, downpayment 7000
downpayment and loan of 21000.
So give any positive response and cancel the course, refund my
money and cancel the loan.
