Hi, Myself sumit kumar , I have enrolled for course,”PG program in embedded system for EV application ” in 28 August 2023 with counsler Mr. Athithyan , he didn’t tell me about any terms and conditions regarding non cancellation or nonrefundable program at that time, since I am in the job , I am not able to give much times to this course so, I raised a ticket on 21st january 2023, regarding course cancellation, at first Athithyan told that the issues will be solved in 15 days but after that a person Mr. Binson called and told that this course is non cancellation and non refundable program, so I have to must do this anyhow, when I told that these terms and conditions are not told at the time of enrollment, they told I will talk with senior, after some day miss sumsma from skill lync called me and forcing me to do this course , ever you with your job or without your job . I told them that mam I want cancellation of the course but they refused, after that I will try many time to contact with Mr. Athithyan (who enrolled me for course) ,they didn’t give any response to me either in mail,call or WhatsApp. On dated 18.03.2023 miss mavisa called and told that I have already mark ok term and conditions at the time of registration. So it is not possible to cancellation the course. Sir I never got such term and conditions from Skill-Lync in the mail ID, I think they cheated me.
Since eduvanz has given a loan of 225000 rupees with help of Skill-lync ,they daily call me for EMI payment and also forcing me to do this course and make the EMI payment.
Sir I am very trouble, I am unable to continue my course, please help me in the cancellation of my course.
