I have ordered some spare parts on GoMachanic in December 2022, the order has been cancelled due to Not available on January of 2023, as their company refund policy, they should refund within 7-10days but approximately 6 months are completed but still they have not processed refund amount, many times I have approached on customer service when ever I call to them, thay repeatedly saying, ” refund amount has been initiated you will get within 10-15 working days, but still i didn’t get any refund from GoMachanic.
