MyTechzone is taking my money but I haven’t received any phone so please cancel my contract

I joined my Tech zone thinking that they have covered insurance for my phone 📱 if it stolen or robbed only to find out no they don’t do that so now I tried to cancel the debit but they still deducting my money.
