I have a PNR made on indigo airlines VTCVHT. I spoke with one agent name Shilpa ,she confirmed me that if i cancel the reservation I’ll be charged only ₹500 total and not more than that.
Hence i waited for 5 min and called back to the indigo airline customer care number i spoke with Suraj he said there would be a cancellation fees of 3550. i think this a totally fraud.
I have the call recording for Shilpa who confirmed that there would be fees of only 500 and rest amount would be refunded
