My name is ojas Rajwansh I’ve booked two tickets from paytm and bus operator canceled both the bus on different days and now it’s been more than a week and I haven’t still received any refund..
No one is contacted me about the issue I’ve faced I’ve registered complain done every pricy dire that they told me to but till how I haven’t received any update about my refund of two canceled bus tickets..
I request you not to ignore this msg and do take a step on it else I have to becoz it’s not bearable to wait for refund and get bounced from one person to another whomever is respaoncible do sort this out else in next 42 hrs I’m going to register a complain about both paytm and bus operator about miss conduct of passengers right..
