I bought tablet program for my child in 12 th standard on 15 day trial basis the told me that if I did not like the product I can cancel it and get my 10000 back.I received the tab let on 16 March but I did not find the program suitable so I mailed them to cancel it on 19 March and also contacted them through their helpline. They assured me that my request has been lodged and they will call me within 24 to 48 hours but they did not contact me. When I called them once again they told me that it will take a week. I mailed them once again on 29 March. They insured me that it will be canceled by 1 April. But they give no response .then their senior manager called us on 2 April and told us that our complaint has not been lodged and the free trial period has been expired so we have to pay 15000 for cancelation . They all are fraud not keeping their words to give money back and trapped us into their EMIs. Please do something
