I have ordered 1 one plus wireless earphone and 1 mi smart band 5 today. I want to cancel my order no TH33849684 and want to refund my amount Rs. 1299. but customer care contact detail provided wrong at website. Please solve my problem

On shopstudio.in website they were offering sony mdr xb950b1 & m4 smart watch for 1699 on cod payment. I fell in trap of the offer and ordered.
They sent the package through bluedart. I wanted to check the item before taking delivery but bluedart asked to pay them whole amount before opening.
Once i opened i saw a chinese cheap wired headphone & not working m4 hand band. Unable to reach them now.
