Today it has been the 3rd time that I try to cancel my subscription! This time I removed my payment details because it seems like you are so dodgy that you will simply keep on deducting the fee from my account. The first cancellation was done/tried exactly one year ago,a few months went well and then the deduction started again. So I did a live chat(which BTW is not available anymore?) and cancelled again… A few months went by and the deduction started again. Now I tried again, but you owe me a few bucks? Is this a habit? You starting the deduction again even after cancellation?
