Text of Complaint by Sidhant Agnihotri:

I booked 2 tickets from via.com. Booking No FMNLA3NBQKK67 and FMNLA3NBQO2MS.Guwahati to Delhi. Within a few hrs I realized that I had booked on the wrong day. I tried my best to cancel these tickets calling up their customer care ultimately they lied to me saying that it is done but no they just threw dust in my eyes saying it’s in cue for cancelation. Customer care now says they will charge cancelation charges whereas I made myself very clear saying I want it canceled. Upto 5 calls I made for this request but all they did was say its done without canceling .My 10000 rs is stuck now
