Text of Complaint by Arul Vinodh:

On January 7th we were called for a meeting by Mahindra Holidays in Taj Club House regarding they anniversary. On Courtesy basis we attended the meeting. There they discussed about the Holiday Plans such as 3 years Package – with Every year 6 nights / 7days (600 Points) and addon 2* 2 nights 3 days complimentary stay package + 9000/-Rs Amazon Gift Voucher, and compelled us to pay the amount of 40000/- Rs(Through Visa Card Payment they swiped 35950/- at 10% discount) saying that it’s a one day offer.
After a week 14th January I received a verification call which didn’t say about the complimentary stay + 9000/- amazon gift voucher which I insisted. Then after 3 days Mr.Thiru confirmed me about the above two in whatsapp. And now after so many days when we enquire about the same, he is not responding in a proper way and dogging us. Which is creating the mental stress and also, we couldn’t plan a trip and travel in an early basis.
So kindly cancel our package plan and refund our amount as early as possible.
On January 30th i made my complaint in clubmahindra (My cancellation case number- 02675257 .
After that weekly twice i am contacting clubmahindra customer care , they are also saying with 24hrs to 48hrs you our higher officials will address your concerns. But more than 75days nothing is happened , my hard earn money struck in Clubmahindra.
