I applied for a phone contract and I was told mobisos is a insurance provider for the phone, I should authorise it because it come’s with the phone and if am not approved for the phone I can cancel it and get my money back. Now the company mobisos doesn’t want to cancel my subscription while I didn’t get the phone I applied for they still want to deduct money from my account.
