Hello their,
I have tried contacting u multiple times, got connected 2 days back and requested for cancellation of my post paid connection.

Internet is not working on these numbers your colleague assured that the add on number will be canceled first then the primary. I was advised to call back but now I am unable to reach airtel on any customer number.
I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH AIRTEL POSTPAID. I am ready to make the payment right away now but your colleague said I have to wait for 8 hours 2 days back then he asked me to call u back. And ur customer service number do not have the option to talk to any representatives now!!!!
I want the airtel postpaid connection to be cancelled as I am not getting any service. Can anyone call me and email me with this closure request. I didn’t expect airtel service to be so pathetic. Pls do the needful.
