I want to change my operator from jio to other network as jio is not fulfilling all my needs so i made a port out request and get an UPC code. i was gone through a porting process and waiting for 13 days and when i got to know that my port request is cancelled by jio without any reason a tried to contact with jio but there is no such provision to call customer care and many numbers are false on official contact us website of jio and when i tried to call on general helpline number they only told me about latest offers of jio. I also tried to contact jio with app but they don’t reply on port out messages..
