Sir/madam,
I have booked oyo 78807 with name of Rahul and 1 more guest at Plot no 40 sec 23b pkt 7 Dwarka on 25 Feb 2021 and paid online by upi INR 781/- but when they goes to check in hotel manager denied to check in he said that system is not showing Booking you have to cancel your booking and than take refund but now you pay cash at hotel . My guest paid 781 in hotel also , customer care executive also not good in resolving problems they are also ignoring . It’s such a big scam by oyo.
