Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Credit Card
The issue that I have experienced was: I need to close credit card permanently .
I have taken credit card in jan 2020 sum annual fees of 2999. i have used for 8 month . in October i deside to cancel card i done all pending dues even i call with RBL representative to cancel card they told me we taken your complaint we will cancel it . Today 20th jan 2021 i recived mail for pending payment for 2021 year they not cancel my credit card yet.
if they need to see all my conversation through mail and telephonic calls.
It occurred on: 21/01/2021
i need to cancel my credit card immediately
