Hi,

Yesterday I placed an installation request for new airtel broadband service in my area (sector 47, noida). I gave all the documents to your airtel executive Yogendra via whatsapp as he asked me for same. His mobile number is 7838947932 for reference. I have also made a payment of 2828/- via payment link provided by Yogendra. At that time he said that the speed in my area would be around 40mbps. But today only I came to know that in my area speed limit would be not more than 16mbps. I feel cheated now and request to cancel the installation and refund the payment amount to me ASAP. I am attaching the payment screenshot for your reference. I registered this email for installation and my mobile number is 9717057400.
