Recently I have applied for a personal loan and the credit manager said that “You have a 7 active loans including 4 active gold loan in your name” after checking my credit report. I have got shocked where it is coming from, Only one loan I have taken in the last 2 years (from DMI finance).
But in my credit report it shows 6 another active loans which is not taken by me.
I have visited nearby CANARA bank regarding the 4 active and 4 closed gold loans on my name which is reported by the bank. They have asked me to make written complaint I have done the same.
When I have asked about reason for this mistake, they said like “Same customer name with same Father’s name may be the cause for the issue”
I have not went to CANARA bank single time in my life. Then how they are telling like this.
Also MUTHOOTAN have given 13 gold loans on my name in the past and closed as well. I don’t know how it’s happened.
I have visited nearby Muthoot Fincorp and Gold loans branches as well. But they are telling that, “MUTHOOTAN May not be their company”.
They informed me to make a complaint if required.
I have attached all the required documents with this complaint.
Because of these financial institutions mistakes, I have got frustrated and spent lots of time. Also my personal loan application got so many issues.
If they have misused my identity is proven, I need a compensation of 50 lakhs.
